Amoreena Leyva, Executive Director
At an early age Amoreena was taught the importance in giving back and dedicated herself to serving the senior community. During her summer vacations visiting her grandparents she would spend her time traveling to different bingo halls where her grandfather would call out bingo. Her grandparents also served at local senior centers and helped provide meals to local home-bound seniors. So it was no surprise in 2001 when she began her professional career in the senior industry. Since that time she has surrounded herself with many senior organizations that help and support seniors in her own community. Amoreena feels joining Magnolia Grand fits her personal belief system, to serve our seniors with dignity, respect and love. Amoreena has held her RCFE License since 2009 and been a marketing director in senior living since 2007.
In her free time, Amoreena enjoys time with her family including three beautiful granddaughters.
Josie Perez, Business Office Manager

She began as the Housekeeping Supervisor and has worked her way up to become our Business Office Manager. She is responsible for the Financial and Human Resource aspects of the community and plays an integral role in making Magnolia Grand run smoothly. She interacts closely with our residents and families and is a bit of a “card shark”. When Josie has free time, she can often be found playing blackjack and other games with our residents. Josie is a wonderful team player and the staff of Magnolia Grand can count on her to pitch in whenever she is needed. There is no job too big or small that Josie can’t handle. She is the Magnolia Grand “go to gal”.
In her spare time, Josie enjoys relaxing with her family by working on her tan at the beach or watching classic films like the Wizard of Oz with a bowl of popcorn.
